adding_sheetsInfogr.am’s chart interactivity is great for driving user engagement. One way of adding interactivity is by using radio buttons. Radio buttons allow you to summarize two charts in one, making it easier for the reader to compare and contrast information.

  • To add radio buttons, insert a new sheet by clicking the ”+” icon on the bottom right corner and add data to the new sheet. Both charts must be the same type. For certain chart types, you can just add a column in the same sheet to create them. Look at the dummy data in each chart to understand how to structure your data.
  • To manage the sheets, click on the ”^” icon. You can delete the sheet, clear all data, duplicate it, give it a new name or move it to a new position.

Now it’s your turn!
