How To Share Your Charts and Infographics

To publish, click the button in the upper right-hand corner. You’ll be prompted to choose whether you want your project to be published privately or publicly. To share privately you need to upgrade to a paid plan.

Private sharing is great for internal projects, like reports. Set up a password to provide an extra layer of security. Private sharing disables social media sharing, but you can still share your charts via email or embed them on an internal site.
If you choose to share your project publicly, you’ll be given several different options: a public link, social media, or embedding your charts directly on a site.

You can share and embed your project in interactive mode or as a static image. Interactive charts are great for embedding on websites, blogs or wherever you can add source code. Static images work everywhere else.

You can also share the project or chart directly on our supported social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and Tumblr. Learn more about this and other practical suggestions for successful social media sharing in our free ebook!

If you want to embed your charts on a public site, simply copy/paste the code we provide to the text editor of any CMS. You have several different options to do this:

Responsive: The size of the embedded image will change according to the viewer’s device so your charts will always look good on desktop and on mobile.

Async: The size of the image will adjust to its container. If the container is responsive, so will the chart.

Fixed: The image will always be the same size, and it may not render correctly on mobile.

WordPress: We have developed a plugin that makes it very easy to embed charts on any self-hosted WordPress site. Download the plugin here.
